Is talking to your plantas good for them? I would say yes, they need nurture not just sol. Just like any other being, they need love and attention. You can give them that by talking to them. My mom would always sing to them or hacer le caricias, sometimes we thought she was talking to us and turned out she was talking to her plant. You can make it a weekly check in with yourself, talk to your plant or plants if you have more than one like me. Tell them about your day, about your fustrations, success, honestly anything. They will appreciate it and you will see them blossom.
